updating Support Packs for SEPA Functionality

Hello Expert,

we are on SAP Release 4.70 R2 (472). Want to update Support Pack to get SEPA Functionality.

My plan is as below:

Update SAP_APPL to level 30 , SAP_BASIS & SAP_ABA to level 64.

also mentions to update FI-CA & FI-AR to level SP15 (for release 472).

In our system we have IS-T (industry solution) installed currently at SP 9 (472).

I want to confirm- whether updating IS-T to SP15 (472) will also update FI-CA & FI-AR to SP15?

I am a Basis Consultant & hence want to get Functional take on above plan.

Your help would be rewarding.
