Classified Advertising Management (IS-M/AMC)"-CIC0 editor error

Hi All

  We have configure the IS-M/AMC part in our server. But when we go to transcation code:CIC0 .We are able to the see the editor screen over there but all the button in the editor screen are grey out we are not able to click any menu or button
