Hi,
Trying to relate Sd with IS media as part of the current assignment with the help of the website - help.sap.com.
THough it has all the master data and config settings given in it, im looking at the process level material, if any one can help me in understanding the IS MEdia Process it would be great.
Also required is the document on the diffrenece between normal SD and IS Media and the link between IS Media and CRM especially CIC (Customer Interaction Center).
Please help in getting the knowledge!!!
